Independent Air-Duct Cooling for Enhanced Reliability
It features 40kW IP65-rated power modules with independent air-duct cooling, keeping the cooling airflow separate from critical electrical components to help protect them from dust and heat. This dedicated cooling architecture enhances thermal management and supports stable operation under demanding charging conditions. The power modules provide constant power output across a wide 300V-1000V voltage range and incorporate multiple protection mechanisms for enhanced operational safety. A 5-year module warranty provides additional assurance for long-term operation, while the maintenance-free cooling design helps minimize routine maintenance.
Intelligent Remote O&M for Faster Service
Intelligent remote O&M enables real-time monitoring and efficient management of charger operation. Automatic emergency-stop recovery, remote fault reset, and OTA upgrades allow common operational issues and software updates to be handled remotely, while many non-hardware-related faults can be resolved without on-site intervention. This helps shorten service response times, minimize downtime, and improve overall O&M efficiency.
Seamless Connectivity & Convenient Payment
Supporting OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1, as well as ISO15118 Plug&Charge, the IOCDW25 integrates smoothly with third-party charging platforms for remote monitoring, operation, and management.
